Our Therapists
Reframe's therapists are deeply committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual. Our team includes licensed professionals with diverse training and experience in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy. We support clients working through anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and more, offering therapy in both English and French, online and in person at our Westmount practice.
Tali Benaroch
Tali, a licensed social worker in Quebec, offers therapy for teens and adults aged 12 to 33. She specializes in providing therapy for adolescents and young adults. Her areas of clinical expertise encompass a wide range of challenges, including anxiety and depression, eating disorders, trauma, emotion regulation, and grief and loss. Tali also offers and has experience with EMDR.
Sasha Boyce
Sasha is a licensed social worker, offering therapy in Westmount for teens, adults, and older adults. She specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, identifying the root causes of presenting issues in order to find a way forward. Sasha has training in EMDR and offers EMDR Intensives upon demand. In sessions, she utilizes practices from CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic experiencing.
Ashley Jedwab
Ashley is a social worker offering therapy for elementary-aged children, young adults, and older adults navigating a variety of life challenges. Her clinical focus includes chronic illness, loss of autonomy, parenting struggles, family and relationship conflict, immigration-related stress, and experiences of violence. Ashley is experienced in supporting clients through complex family dynamics and major life transitions.
